Summary
Constance, Connie, was taken from a grocery store when she was five years old by a deranged woman. Thirteen years later she escaped and was walking along the highway when Happy Lowman came around her, and offered her a ride home. Things develop with the Tacoma Killa and the young eighteen year old daughter of Otto and Luanne Delaney. This is there story.
