Jessie, James, Meowth, and Laura return to Team Rocket HQ to carry out Giovanni's orders as lab assistants regarding a special project. However, upon seeing who they'll have to work with, old memories resurface for Laura, and she's forced to reflect on a grim realization: can she truly call herself a living creature with her own soul?
