RK vs LPC & Ms Tuxedo Pants

Buster goes to Philadelphia for a vacation, and RK volunteers to take care of his pet cat LPC in an effort to demonstrate responsibility. Only thing is, LPC hates RK and joins his mother Ms. Tuxedo Pants in making the boy's life a living nightmare. Meanwhile, Sparky and Wade compete against each other in a series of athletic competitions.
