The Bride of the Water God

When little Ran was chosen to be sacrificed to appease the Water God and end the drought, Makoto and Haruka saves her only for Haruka to be pulled beneath the waves where he finds himself in a world where rivers run uphill and lakes floated in the sky, married to a Water God who just can't be honest with his feelings.
