A power surge during a thunderstorm sends Ralph into Arendelle where he meets and falls in love with Elsa. But when his newly found feelings for the Snow Queen cause him to reconsider coming home, it's up to Felix, Calhoun, and Vanellope to convince him otherwise. Meanwhile, Hans returns for revenge on the royal family with a dastardly plan to claim the kingdom.
