Normally, a visit to Tokyo would result in far less crazy things happening. But of course, Sawada Tsunayoshi and Shibuya Yuuri don't do normal. It all starts with a pair of inventors who have way too much time on their hands and a small invention that they thought they had destroyed. Turns out they didn't destroy it. Oops.
