Two years after the war in San Francisco the world is a changed place. Monarch races to catch up with its new position in the world, and its competition becomes more active. New groups strive to decide what to do with, how, and if to use the new giant creatures in mankind's world. Some people just never learn. Amazingly being bummed makes writing hard. Has it been a MONTH?
