Summary
When fal-tor-pan goes wrong, Kirk is left with a Spock that appears to be a hollow shell and Bones enters a deep coma. While Sarek and Amanda believe they are the ones that must care for Spock when his new state appears to be permanent, Kirk refuses to go back to Earth or abandon hope.
