Summary
A Mysterious American wizard who goes by the name of Archer appears in Surrey on Nov 1, 1980. Disapproving of Dumbledore's plan to leave Harry on the Dursley's front porch, Archer devises his own plan to nurture the savior of Wizarding Britain and kidnaps the young Mr. Potter.
