Undercover FBI agents Rachel Berry and Norah Puckerman, are going after the world's biggest arms dealers, G!P Quinn and G!P Charlie Fabray. Every other attempt to get close to these two has failed miserably, but to bring the world's biggest criminals to justice they are going to need to find a way to get their hands on the ledger. How?
