Kensei has to get Shuhei to use his Bankai. However, that's easier said than done, when Hisagi doesn't really want to achieve it. But Muguruma has no plan on giving up. And giving him a reason to fight will make all the difference. That, and a 'chat' with Kazeshini himself might get him to accept it.
