When Rose Weasley was Sorted into Slytherin, everyone was surprised, even more surprised than they were when Scorpius Malfoy became a Ravenclaw. Now, Rose and Scorpius are in their sixth year and seem to be pushed together all the time. Maybe the two can go from being oddly formal to much, much more.
