After watching Gabriel die at Hotel Hell Sam is crushed and isn't quite sure why the archangel's death hit him so hard. When Cas asks to get out to mourn his brother's death at a bar Sam stays back at the hotel to suffer alone. Gabriel however isn't as dead as Sam might think and decides to make a appearance.
