Summary
The Horus Heresy is in full swing, nearing already its climactic end at the Battle for Terra. Before such a thing could come to pass, the Emperor makes a fateful decision that will turn the course of history. The Assassination of Horus, to cut the head off the rebellion. Sending his best Assassin to Mars, all does not go according to plan and Chaos ensues.
