It started in the local news at first. Then it went national. Before we knew it, it was on our doorsteps, chasing us in the street, scratching at our windows. The country went mad, people trampled their friends to death in a rush to evacuate the cities, neighbours shot neighbours and blood ran in rivers through the gutters. The whole world went to hell.
