Set after Iron Man 3, in an alternate universe of sorts - Tony was the one who ended up with Extremis, instead of Pepper, but his body was slowly rejecting it, as Killian had told him it'd done to few others. It was slowly killing him, and he as aware of it. So, he began making video diaries to say goodbye to his beloved Pepper.
