It's raining cats and dogs, and Alexander Lee Johnson is stuck outside looking for a man by the name of Nathan Detroit. Why did he think he was brave enough to meet a strange gangster alone, and in a back alley nonetheless? Kind of prequel to The Benny and Nicely Chronicles, but can be read on its own.
