Byakuya Kuchiki and the Trouble of Ichigo Kurosaki

After the ryoka invasion, it is clear that Ichigo's power is much too dangerous for him to be left to his own devices. It is decided that the only man capable, the Kuchiki Head takes on the task, using an ancient traditional, yet harsh method of training, to bring the formidable, unwilling youth under his control and mastery in order to begin to build an understanding between them.
