The Child Mission

Neal/Bryce has a mission with a strange group experimenting on their victims while his pursuer, Agent Peter Burke, is missing. A kid ends up at Mozzie's safe house where Neal helps when he's in town and has an odd effect on Neal, but he doesn't know why until years later when Peter decides to reveal that he was the kid.
