Summary
Maya is used to living on her own. She's been doing it since she was 7, when her parents died and her little sister ran away. When Maya was 12, a dark curse took many people to a new land, and left her behind. Now she's 14, and a new curse brings her to that land. Maya meets people who she begins to care about, and starts to think that maybe she doesn't want to be alone anymore.
