Not Dealing

Dean isn't dealing with his dad's death. Sam feels guilty as hell and wants to help his brother. So, when Dean punches Sam in 'Bloodlust' (2x3), something clicks in Sam. His brother had always been one to show his feelings more physically than through words, so Sam takes it upon himself to become Dean's therapy. But is that really what he's doing?
