Rebecca Chamber was instrumental in bringing Umbrella down and bringing justice to what happened to Raccoon City. She keeps a lot of secrets from her family but with the people she worked to take Umbrella down she has more freedom to express herself. There is just one secret she still keeps close to her heart and now things are coming to light.
