Moments in Time

Written for the Houses Competition. Eight-year-old Severus is shocked when an old woman he's never met appears out of thin air in his time of need. Soon, he finds himself being visited often when he can't bear to go on. As time goes on, he learns her secret, setting a hidden life in motion even as they try to preserve the timeline.
