Summary
One thing I don't like about NCIS is the fact that some of the writers don't follow up on stuff. (I'm so one to complain. *G*) So, anyone remember Dog Tags? What ever happened to the dog. (This happens during Pseudo-SEAL, but it didn't fit anywhere so it's a side story.)
