Summary
When Riser decides that marrying Rias was not enough, he stupidly tries to forcibly marry Asia Argento. This proves a very fatal mistake on his part as Issei comes to take her back and kills Riser. The Underworld's Reincarnated Devil population were already on the verge of rebellion, and Issei killing Riser served as the spark for that rebellion.
