Summary
Tatsumi, a boy of sixteen, was just out with his friends when they happened upon the trail of a dying person. None of them knew who it belonged to, but they investigated anyways. As it turns out, the stranger was under pursuit for stealing a new Imperial Arms. Quite a dangerous one, as Tatsumi soon found out.
