Really, Magnus's only reason for coming to this wedding in the first place was to ensure two of his admittedly few close friends didn't resent him for the rest of their lives (and, of course, support them in their beautiful, precious, horrifically sappy marriage). The blue-eyed boy across the bar is a nice addition, though.
