Summary
Utopia is a sleepy town during the day, but at night, the residents love to stay up until the morning begins again, thanks to the Night-Owl ordinance. It seemed just like any normal outing, but a certain bunny and eccentric mayor has other plans. (This is based off of the New Leaf version)
