I'm a Rebel

Harry Potter is the slightly younger twin of Landry Potter, supposed 'Boy-Wonder'/Boy-who-lived. At 2 years of age the twins were attacked. At 8 years of age, Harry and his group of friends, all neglected to some degree, run away together. The outcome is a group the Rebels, their leader, Shadow. How will the world react when this, well, rebelling group is forced to save them?H/G
