Summary
Parents dead and little brother taken to some unknown location, Willa Potter thought that all was lost and she was destined for a shadowed life in Brazil. That is, until an antiterrorist group from Great Britain track her down and some crazy bat Seer makes a prophecy that forces her to spy on the Dark side. [Takes place in OoTP, not an HP twin sister story.]
