Diamond in the rough

Hermione returns to Hogwarts after the war to complete her NEWTs and finds her relationship with Ron rapidly falling apart. Meanwhile she is reluctantly drawn to a recovering Professor Snape, becoming more determined to be involved in his life as he becomes hell bent on pushing her away.
