Ariella has gone into labor, and Freed is anxious about his wife and twins while Porlyusica performs a c-section on her, as the parents-to-be had planned. Luckily, he receives some support from his friends and to do that, they share their experiences as first-time parents. Following the delivery, Freed and Ariella meet their newborn twins for the first time.
