Japan is aging. She is crippled by debt, by inflation, and looks to be overtaken by her neighbors. So what if she was given a second chance? This serves as a work of fan-fiction based around Minorou's Nihonkoku Shoukan - one work towards which both great commendation and scrutiny can be put toward.
