War Heroes

An AU Mass Effect fanfic in which Shepard and Garrus are part of The First Contact War. Humans and turians have met, and not on good terms. During a routine scouting mission Shepard finds her ship invaded by the alien species. In a matter of minutes her crew are dead or dying, the Normandy is on fire, and she is being captured by an alien with strange, blue face tattoos.
