Known by many to be a freak and a schizophrenic, Kei Reiko is known for her pointing out things that other people can't see, and with the disturbance of the Dragon Veins come even more powers she never wanted. All the while she tries to go to school and meets new friends and perhaps something more, will she be able to save the city? Or will she help in it's destruction?
