Summary
Hitoshi stumbles upon Izuku, a forest spirit elemental, trapped in a hunting snare. Hitoshi is a human and Izuku is part of a deer herd. Both feel a connection when brought together but encounter obstacles keeping them apart due to being from different worlds. Also posted on AO3.
