Where Ravens Nest

A newcomer to the Black Eagles hails from a land called Ravensburg, a frontier duchy of the empire located deep in the Oghma Mountains. Though he appears to be just an ordinary noble with grand ambitions and the intention of using the Officer's Academy to achieve them, in reality he is a man motivated by revenge and wishes to ask for help from a fellow wronged person in the Eagles.
