North America was destroyed and turned into the country of Panem, but what if North America wasn't the only country to be destroyed. In what was known as Europe, 8 new nations rise from the ashes and are put under the same dictatorship that Panem had. How will the Nations deal with Panem's fall? What if this inspires he other nations to rebel? I do not own the hunger games.
