Summary
The Phoenix is a Time Lady and sister to Gallifrey's most famous renegade Time Lord, the Doctor. After the war, she is stranded in Victorian London, when her TARDIS starts to act uncontrollably. When she comes across Earl Ciel Phantomhive, and his 'demonic' butler, both her safety and her lives are in danger.
