A Kite Without Wind

On his way to the staircase up to his flat, a colourful sign caught his eye. The letters danced about on the wall as if wafting in a breeze: 'Imagination is the highest kite that can fly.' But the thing about kites, George thought as he trudged up the stairs, was that they still needed wind to fly. [Written for the QLFC, season 6, round 1]
