Summary
Sangheili Arbiter Thel 'Vadam has fought the Flood and The Prophet of Truth. Commander Jane Shepard has fought the Reapers and the Collectors. Both are leaders, warriors, and survivors, but while the Arbiter knows the price of galactic genocide, Shepard does not yet understand it, nor does she understand it as the Arbiter understands it. But she will be forced to understand.
