Ikebukuro has always been a setting for strange occurrences, and the most recent happen to be the unexplained shattering of glass and the gatherings of black cats and crows. Izaya knows why this is happening as well as the way to stop it, but will he have enough support from the people around him to put up a fight against the dangerous force approaching Ikebukuro?
