A Muggle stops into a bar for a drink. He soon finds out it was the WRONG bar to walk into. Now the Aurors are after him (whatever THOSE are) and Draco Malfoy has an extremely comfortable couch. But he really wants to know- Why on earth can't HE have a wand? It's just not fair.
