Still torn up by guilt over killing Lily under the mantle's influence, Harry finds himself drawn into the politics of Winter/Summer interaction again when Maeve, subdued and purified by Mab, is sent to escort him through the Summer-ruled Hawaiian Islands on a mystery mission. Bitterness, snark, and reliance on each others skills will come to pass before its over.
