Hair-Raising Hero

Parker Kirby, is a cab-driver for the denizens and a man with the face of yakuza thug; working his shift despite the dangers of monsters in M-City. However, after an accident with mutagen that granted him superhuman hair powers, the youth decided to use his powers to aid his fellow civilians that are ignored by the elite.
