After the bomb that was All-stars season, Total Drama seems cancelled for good, which makes the lord of Hell very unhappy. So along his loyal servant Miles, he decides to bring Chris to Hell to host another season in which the best of the best contestants from multiple of universes clash for the Hell-lord's delight.
