Summary
The Hunger Games are failing. The citizens of Panem have become disenchanted with the country's infamous, nationwide spectacle. As the Capitol scrambles to fabricate a new form of entertainment, Dignitary Eris must face a horrible truth - the end of the Hunger Games is only the beginning. Anger is rumbling in Panem's streets, and if it is left unchecked, fire will begin to catch.
