Joker and Violet have retrieved the Joestar Collection, but events during the end cause them to investigate a series of bizarre events surrounding Shibuya. But this conspiracy is a large one, and it will take more manpower to investigate. And so the formation of the Shadows, a stalwart team of Phantom Thieves, begins.
