To Amplify a Quirk

Izuku found out he had a quirk when he was six. Endeavor found the perfect way to surpass All Might in the form of a little green haired boy with a quirk that could amplify other quirks to an almost godly like power. Izuku is like a prisoner in the Todoroki houshold as Endeavor takes his blood to help himself become the number one hero.
