Enough Is Enough

Tweek was put into a foster home when he was 7 years old. His parents were arrested for putting drugs in their coffee (coffee that he drank if he may add). Now he's 16 and has finally been adopted by a family in a small town in Colorado. South Park is different. Especially since the craziest kids he's seen won't leave him alone.
